Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Boothio subscriptions, credit top-ups, and one-time add-on purchases. Read it before you subscribe — by completing checkout you accept this policy.
1. Non-refundable: consumed credits and used services
Credits already consumed on any feature — Library unlocks, Overlay generations, Video renders, Lead Finder searches, Social Media posts, Email verifications, or any future paid action — are non-refundable. This is consistent with SaaS industry practice: once a digital service has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
Subscription time already elapsed (days you had access to the platform) and any add-on purchases already redeemed are also non-refundable.
2. Eligible refund cases (case-by-case manual review)
You may be eligible for a refund — at Boothio's sole discretion — in the following situations:
- Service failure — Boothio failed to deliver an advertised feature and our team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Account terminated by us — your account was closed by Boothio outside of your fault (and not for Terms-of-Service violations).
- Duplicate accidental purchase — you accidentally purchased the same subscription or top-up pack twice within 24 hours.
- Cancellation within 7 days, zero credits used — you cancelled within 7 days of first payment AND you consumed zero credits during that period.
The following do not qualify for a refund:
- Change of mind ("I don't want it anymore").
- Switching to a competitor.
- Failure to use the service you paid for.
- Account suspension or termination due to a Terms-of-Service violation.
3. EU / UK / Czech Republic statutory acknowledgment
By starting your Boothio subscription, you acknowledge that the digital service is delivered immediately. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) — and equivalent national implementations including § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — you expressly waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right because the service performance begins with your prior consent at checkout.
Once any credit is used or any plan-gated feature is activated on your account, the service is considered performed and the cooling-off right no longer applies. This waiver is presented to you again at the payment processor's consent step before you complete payment.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at hello@boothio.ai from your registered Boothio account email. Include:
- Your account email address.
- The receipt number or invoice ID from the charge you want refunded.
- Date of the original payment.
- A short explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
We review every request within 5 business days. If we approve your refund, it posts to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few extra days on top of that.
Boothio reserves the right to decline refund requests at our sole discretion where the eligibility criteria in Section 2 are not met.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer for a charge that is not refund-eligible under this policy, Boothio reserves the right to defend the dispute with our payment processor our payment processor. Evidence may include your consent waiver from Section 3, usage logs, and the original Terms acceptance timestamp.
We encourage you to contact us at hello@boothio.ai before opening a chargeback — most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct support.
6. Affiliate referrals and refunds
If a subscription that earned an affiliate commission is refunded within the refund window, the corresponding affiliate commission will be reversed. This protects against fraud while keeping the program fair for legitimate affiliates.
7. Changes to this policy
Boothiomay update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to subscribed users.
